    Why Use TPGMC?

    How often have you wished that you could just hire someone to take care of business for you?  Maybe just the routine maintenance part of business?  Keeping a property in good shape, engaging contractors, meeting with vendors and managing the household budget are time consuming chores.  In a situation in which the responsibility is shared, homeowners face even more complications.

    Community associations with more than a few units often opt for the services of an independent management firm over self management.  That is available with TPGMC.

Managing a Condominium Association is managing a major financial enterprise.  We at TPGMC provide financial statements regularly for the review of the Board of the Condominium Association.  Budgets are analyzed for updates and long range planning.

Every Co-owner is important to us. We do not disregard owner complaints even if they seem trivial on the surface.  A recurring issue or complaint about different difficulties may indicate a problem which must be addressed.
